This is a Very Early Double Sided Porcelain White on Red "Fire Ext" sign with "The Pointing Hand" graphics.

It measures 21 inches x 10 inches and has some chipping and small bends but the message is clean & clear on both sides as seen in photos.

Looks like it was probably supported from the ceiling on chains. It measures 21 inches wide x 10 inches high.

Very unusual and the first one that I have seen like it. A Great sign for the Firefighter's Mancave of a loft unit.
